Kate Spade black satin knee-length skirt size 4

Gorgeous gorgeous skirt that no longer fits me! Flattering a line/flared skirt that hits just below the knee. Black satin cotton/polyester shell with a navy silk lining. Some very minor pulls on the fabric that are not noticeable unless you’re looking verrrry closely, see last photo. Size tag has been cut out but I believe it is a size 4. Waist measures 26 inches, note that this is not a stretch fabric!
