Black and off white dress. In good condition. Could use some ironing but no stains rips or damage. Smoke and pet free home. Belt is missing but I’m including this cute hot pink one from Ann Taylor. Approx measurements are: Bust: 19” across Waist: 17.5” across Shoulder to hem: 37”
