Kate Spade mainline poplin ruffle tiered dress

Absolutely beautiful chartreuse multi tiered dress. This dress is quite long and looks amazing with a pair of heels. The ruffle neck is very flattering and pairs greatly with a denim jacket. This dress has a zipper side, pockets!, and lingerie straps to keep bra straps in place. This dress was worn several times but is clean and ready for a new home! There are no flaws. Tag is not attached but does come with the piece.
