Kate Spade off the shoulder dress

Beautiful Kate Spade dress brand new with tags. Love the white and black designs on this. Lovely brand. No rips tears or stains. Great for the spring and summer. Womens XS. Length 36”, waist 22”, arm length 13”. Love the ruffle top on the top that comes off the shoulder. Kinda stretchy around the waist. Fits well around the neck. Does run bigger than normal. I’m not super skinny but it’s still big on me and I usually wear a small in her stuff.
