Kate Spade rain trench w/ belt Navy XS

Regular- XS Kate Spade Navy trench with belt and detachable hood. Beautiful Scalloped detail. I wear a size S-M, size 25 pants and this fits perfect. There’s a lot of room in the sleeves as well to layer with a thick sweater. The sleeves are also pretty long. It’ll fit a size small comfortably. Has 3 small dot stains on the front. Not sure if it’s permanent
