glamour_gracie @ecj123. So the handles are adjustable they have different openings for different lengths. The longest opening goes up to 11in. Laying the bag down it's 16in flat and inside the bag is about 10 or 11 inches tall!! Perfect medium/large tote for everyday. Also would fit a laptop great. And because it is sturdy pebble leather it holds it's shape great!! Hope this helped. I'm a single mom, so I'm sorry it took me so long to reply!!
