This is a gorgeous sheer but fully lined dress by Kate and Lily. it is a size 14 and is made of 100% polyester. The colors are like a nude light beige color with black floral pattern on top. The neck has an elastic band with a ruffle. The waist is smocked elastic. Sleeveless style to keep you cool and great for layering! The armpit to armpit measurement is 19 in. The waistband when not stretched is 12 and 1/2 in. The length of the dress from the back of the collar to the hem is 37 in.
