The prettiest black suede flats by Kate Spade, circa early 2000s. With black grosgrain ribbon bows and large rhinestone embellishments on the toes. Made in Italy Marked size 5.5 9” insole 2.75” ball of foot .5” heel In excellent vintage condition, only wear is on the bottom sole, no visible flaws
