Kate spade dress with bloomers 18 mo

EUC. this is a darling chambray type fabric with polka dots. We wore from 12-16 months and can still wear easily at 16 months though its getting more like an adorable top than a dress. We measure in 99th percentile though. I LOVE this outfit. It's a classic look. I think you could also wear the dress as a tunic with leggings as toddler grows. Bundle and save!
