Kate spade heels

Kate spade heels. Are an ivory color. Are new with the tags still on the bottom of the shoe. Are size 10. They shimmer as you walk since there is some sort of glittery like substance on the heel. It doesn’t come off like glitter would. Has been in a box with a bunch of other shoes so it may have a scratch or scuff from banging against other shoes but nothing really noticeable.
