court3910 @mceh320 the bag is not damaged. the bottom of the bag is leather so it flexible. It does not have a hard bottom which it why you see a dent. The dent is not there when it is moved. I added additional pictures showing this and that it sits up without an issue. It is not a new bag which is reflected in the price. I do not see any damage to the bag. poshkatt2 @court3910 Re: condition, it’s pretty flawless according to your description, do I understand that correctly? How are the corners? Any smudging or rubbing off yet? Is all of the hardware and name plaque still nice and shiny? Is the interior nice and clean without stains? And lastly, just like the black and tan version of this bag that I have seen, does this have a subtle almost glittery sheen that you can see if the light catches it just right? ✨☀️✨

court3910 @katnevpat please refer to the pictures. Other than the one rubbed corner, the bag was barely used. The condition is reflected in the price. It is a used bag so if you are expecting it to be brand new it is not.

poshkatt2 @court3910 @court3910 Oh, not at all, Courtney, I’m aware this bag was discontinued about ten years ago. I asked you very specific questions to assure myself of what aim buying. But actually, in re-reading your listing, it says “worn once” which is virtually the definition of a new bag no matter how “old” it is.

I have things that I like to know, depending on what the item is that I’m purchasing. Each question has merit, painting a picture for me. Is it not valid for me to know which one is up for sale?

poshkatt2 @court3910 I answer numerous questions per day for my buyers, as I relate to some shoppers being more detailed than others. Pictures show very little on these platforms. Anything I can do to help my buyer and to build a relationship of repeat business is my pleasure. After all, online shopping has its drawbacks as opposed to shopping in person, so inquiries that wouldn’t be needed in person can help enormously in the decision-making process online.

It won’t take more than a minute or two and naturally I’d appreciate it. If I wasn’t interested in the bag, I wouldn’t be taking my time to list specific questions.

poshkatt2 @court3910 There is one last question that I forgot to ask and that would be: do you have the original dust bag that came with this purse? I always store my bags in their duster which not only protects them, but helps to keep my closet organized. Without the duster it’s at least another $25 added to the cost of the purse, because the sellers price their dusters along with full shipping and tax. So yeah, another reason for asking a specific question.

poshkatt2 @court3910 The photos do not answer any of my questions which is why I posed them directly to you for expediency to make a sale. The only question that could be answered in the photos is the rubbing off of the corners. None of the other questions can be answered by looking at the photos which is why I, again,asked you very nicely and very directly. This is the first time that I’ve ever been refused answers to very commonplace, basic questions, posed in an open and friendly dialogue.
