reneej90 pit to pit measurements and sleeve length please

lizkelly227 @reneej90 PTP is 21 inches. For sleeve length, on the hanger, I started where the fabric starts farther over from the neck, the collarbone, went over the shoulder to base of sleeve for about 30 inches. In reading how to take a personal sleeve measurement, it tells you to start at the base of your neck, spine, over and down to just below the wrist bone. This 30 inches is fabric only, which starts farther over from a neck, spine, etc. Any additional questions, let me know, thanks!
