Darling twist and click key fob or purse fob from designer Katherine Baumamn of Beverly Hills. It’s never had keys on it, was just hanging on a hook for years. In excellent used condition. I’ve been shining it up, and it’s like a mirror on the back! Heart is 2”, entire fob is 4”
