Black pull-over sweater or tunic. Beads and sequins cover upper front. Section covered with sequins below neckline is sheer. Seen in 8th picture. There is no fabric content or size tag. Probably cotton or cotton blend tightly woven knit. See measurements below. 32" long. About 23" bust pit to pit. It will stretch to more. 21" sleeves. Shoulder pads that can easily be removed. Scalloped neck, hem, and sleeve bottoms. Jet black color. Some of the pics don't show the true color. Great condition.
