Kathie Lee Woman vintage short sleeve top 22W/24W

Good used condition vintage Kathie Lee Woman short sleeve top in 22W/24W. 26” chest, 5.75” shoulder, 8” sleeve, 26.5” length from top back to hem, 27” across waist, not vented. Worn but not worn out. When measuring I did see a line in the fabric of the front of the right sleeve. See photo. I had never noticed it before & am not sure what caused it. My guess is it came that way & no one ever noticed.
