Kathy Ireland plus size 16 Suade Skirt w Buckles

Beautiful brown wrap skirt with wonderful buckle detail on either side if the waist, giving the illusion of a belt! Soft sueded material. Not stretchy, but buttons could be re-placed to make smaller or larger. This would work casually with cowboy, calf or knee boots or professionally with a blazer, shell & pumps!
