Kathy Lee Collections green velvet dress.nsize M 8/10. Great dress for Christmas. Could be cut to make it a shorter dress. They call it real green.i call it Emerald green or Christmas green. It does havea band under the boobs which I measured. The length of the dress is approx. 53”. Weconsidered cutting it off and using the excess fabric for a shawl. As you can see we changed our minds.
