Katy Ireland midi skirt

Selling this beautiful midi skirt. Looks vintage but I believe it’s from the early 2000s. It’s base colors are green and khaki with black and cream plaid and bits of gold thread running through. Super pretty and perfect for fall and the y2k girlies. It has an elastic waist band that stretches from 26” to 41” and measures 25” long. I’m 4”11 and it falls perfectly at my shin.
