Kay Jewelers Blue Topaz Necklace.
I got this from Kay Jewelers about 12 years ago but don't have the receipt anymore. I'm sure they probably have it on file, though. It is blue topaz centet stone and Swarovski acceny crystals, but one of the accent stones was replaced with moissanite. It is set in sterling silver .925
UPDATE: I elected to dismantle this and reset the stone into a ring.
