Kay Jewelers designer LLJ sterling silver and diamonds inside heart ring. Features 16 diamonds inside heart. Marking: 925 LLJ.  Size 6 3/4. The front of the ring measures 5/16" high and tapers to 1/8" high at the back of the ring. Diamonds measure approx. 1.5mm in diameter each. Weight: 3.4dwt, 5.3g. Very good pre-owned condition with some tarnishing and minor surface scratches. Item will be packaged securely and shipped first class mail.
