uptowngrl @kchanel I am 5’5”, and as you can see, it’s definitely higher at the ankle, but the train/skirt situation is longer

uptowngrl @carraher I would say yes, it does fit true to size, also it’s a pretty stretchy fabric. I don’t remember exactly, this was a couple of years ago, but probably 145lbs or something like that.
