Kayla Paris Patterned Dress

Kayla Paris Patterned Dress is very light weight and soft. Has optional belt to be worn around the waist as an option. Has two small belt loops on side to add. There is slight wear by the neck which is shown. Cannot tell when on. Has two tassels that hang around neck. Sleeves can be buttoned up or left down depending on preference.
