Kea Peak- Smoke Yeti Ice Bandana, NWOT one size Ice bandanas are typically used by ultra runners to stay alive in the heat of the day but you are welcome to use it doing any hobby. Directions: Fill the faux suede insulation pocket at the top fold of your bandana halfway with ice cubes. Roll down twice. Wrap around your neck and tie to secure. Optional: Thread your vest chest straps through the black yeti loops. (If you are not wearing a vest you can tie the ends around your sports bra straps for the same comfort or disregard, they still look cool.) Add ice every 2 to 3 hours. Ice will melt and wet your bandana and drip. Keep your phone in the front of your vest, it will be fine. For a drier option or for non death-run hobbies, pre-bag your ice. 100% cotton, which dries slowly, another good thing when cooling with ice.
