Keliki Hawaii, leopard print ruffle dress. XS, NWOT, smocked waist, ruffled skirt. Neckline has a drawstring style, but it is stitched in place and not adjustable. Back has a single button closure. This has a relaxed fit & could fit xs to small easily. Length is 34” but when worn with elastic band pulled up above hips, actual length closer to 28”, with some flexibility since you can adjust level of draping above the elasticized waistband. Also lots of flexibility in waist as it stretches quite a bit. See photos for measurements. Purchased this in 2 colors while vacationing in Maui, kept other and have never worn this one.
