Kelly Green Racer Back Tank Dress

This is a bright green flowing tank dress with a flattering racer back cut. The hem at the bottom goes from short in front to longer in back. There is an opaque green slip attached under the sheer top layer. Elastic waist that makes a flattering fit for a variety of sizes. This dress is a Large but could fit a Med as well.
