Kelly green dress, with a little bling. So cute👗

Runs small...This dress has lots of fitted lined that make it so cute on, an invisible side zipper, slim pockets. Size 1X. The bust laying flat is 21 but opens up to 23" without pulling. It's about 38 1/2" long. The 2nd pic is truest color. This is a reposh that didn't fit me.
