@evazaa hi! From the top seam it’s 15” across
If I measure about 2 inches down and include the sleeves it’s 19 “ across. There is a little bit of stretch in the material so could go to 20”. It’s pretty true to size small. The fit is made to be streamline. I fit a medium and this jacket is pretty snug on me. The mannequin I have it on is a size 6...Hope this helps
