Kendall & Kylie Off-the-Shoulder Floral Romper

Super cute off-the-shoulder black floral romper from the Kendall & Kylie x PacSun collection! This was one of my favorite pieces ever, but I only wore it a couple times as it was really too small for me :( This piece was limited edition and is no longer available. The neckline is elastic so it stays in place, and it has an adorable lace-up detail that cinches in the waist!
