Zipper in the back and a SMALL hole in the back. Easy repairable. I’m a 36/D and it fits me well in the chest, and you can adjust the knot kind of for more/less coverage. I’m a 12/14 and it’s PRETTY snug at the bottom but “fits”. Probably okay for M/L ladies. Sweater is also for sale!
