Kenetrek Women's Mountain Extreme 400 size 7

Bought these boots a year ago and really wanted them to work because they're super sturdy and completely waterproof but they're just too small for me. I was told to get a size down but I think they actually fit true. They've been worn a handful of times shed hunting but are in excellent condition with a few small scuffs.
