This gorgeous Kenneth Cole scarf is the perfect kerchief size. At 20 inches square it adds a classic pop of colour and fills in your neckline. You can also tie it to your handbag or ponytail too. It is blue, turquoise and bright green with a New York theme. The big apple, taxis and the Statue of Liberty to name a few. There is no makers tag so I am not sure if it is 100% silk but it does have a beautiful hand and does not feel or look like polyester.
