Kenneth Cole Over the knee patent black boot. Size 8 1/2. Measures 24” from back heel Heel is 3.5” Label on bottom states these are man-made uppers lining leather. However when I feel the lining and look inside they look to be man made. These are made well and will last for a while as I’ve had them for a while sitting in my closet only wore them once I can’t wear over the knee boots But these are beauties for someone who can!!! Mint condition.
