Kenneth Cole Reaction Black Suede Knee High Boots

I loved these boots but just bought a new pair. There is some wear and some of the scuff marks will come out with cleaner. Also the boots did have a second strap at the top but came off, which is why it is missing but you can't really tell. Price is negotiable!
