Kenneth Cole Reaction Geometric Maxi Skirt

I never wore it, my mom had gotten it for me at the thrift. It ended being too big. I think this was meant to lay on the hips. Though labeled as a 2 I think might fit best on a size 4 as a high waisted skirt.
