Kenneth Cole Reaction XS Empire waist shift dress. This cute, casual dress is lights red over black with cream straps and pocket tops. It has some light age spots on the straps but they aren't at all noticeable when worn. The fabric is very soft with a medium hand and a wonderful drape.
