Kenneth Cole Reaction blue and black strappy heels

Leather heels in black and metallic grey-blue. Ankle strap. 3.5" heel and 0.5" platform. Outer soles look unworn but there is some wear to the inner sole and some markings (looks like sharpie?) on the platform, maybe they will come out with acetone? None of the markings/wear are very noticeable when worn.
