Kenneth Cole necklace - double strand beads, layered acrylic pendant - silver?

This is a necklace in desert tones - the chain is beaded, the pendant has stripes ranging from black to sand. It doesn't say sterling on it anywhere, but the silver colored metal parts tarnish like sterling silver, and polish up like sterling. Without the small extender section it measures approx. 15".
