Kenneth Cole tee with fringed neckline

The neckline has a silk (I think, not in the fabric tag) trim that's intentionally frayed to make a kinda eyelash fringe. Not too low scoop neck, great for work but also a bit creative. Side seams are a bit twisted, which honestly I never noticed until I took the picture and never bothered me but should be noted. Fits like an xs to me. Cap sleeves.
