Kenny Classics Vintage button front dress Large blue with white piping

One of my favorite vintage dresses that sadly no longer fits me. My loss is your gain! Beautiful details in the blue acrylic buttons (functional). White piping at collar and sleeve. Elastic waist. Hits me slightly above the knee (I'm 5'8" for reference). Pretty good vintage condition. Some slight pilling happening at the hip (shown in photos). Size and material tag has been removed, but it seems like a large to me. I'm guessing 100% polyester?
