Kensie 17” Black Zippered Short Skirt Size Small. The fabric and the skirt is absolutely beautiful. It is a black raised diamond design. The front of the skirt has a side zipper for accent. The skirt measures 17” long and 19” where it comes to a point in the front. There is a stretch waist which measures 29”. The fabric is polyester/spandex. There are no tags but the skirt was never worn.
