Comfy lined ruffled blue Kensie dress. Sheath liner adds a comfortable layer and does away with the need for a slip or similar undergarment. Dress fabric, liner and style gives a nice shape without clinging. Blue is somewhere between navy and royal. Neckline is just deep enough to compliment bustline but still be worry free.
