spearsjoelle12 Hello Heidi, I received the handbag today. Unfortunately it is too big and with the weight of the hardware and the weight of the heavy strap it is too heavy. spearsjoelle12 Heidi. I need for you to take over and deal with this issue. I sent Poshmark photos 3 times. Now they want a video. My cell is not activated at the moment to do this and I am using an old camera. I have had problems with them before on jumping thru hoops to prove regarding a stain on a garment. Not too sure if I will be using Poshmark again as I have had to spend too much time on this as well as the previous issues. I should have been just issued a return label as other companies do. Joelle

spearsjoelle12 @chelkho Rachael, It was not returned because Heidi nor Posh Mark would send me a return label. I still have it. it is the box it was mailed in. It is too heavy because of the large straps and too large for me and the zipper takes several tries to close. I need to get my money back on this. I am not a seller on Posh Mark.

heidi_s_yoder @spearsjoelle12 it free and it's super easy to resell. just select "reposh" and list the item. then this lady who is interested can purchase it. the shipping label comes by email. just tape it on overtop the label on the box I sent it with. then drop off at post office or schedule a pickup. you get money either in cash or you can use it to purchase other items on Poshmark.
