Kentucky Blue one shoulder Party Dress

This is a gorgeous bright royal blue... Kentucky fans know.. in perfect condition and again ... If ur bloated no worries and you dont look like a potato sack. The picture doesn't do it justice. I may not even part with it ... Anyway its very well made and lined. Also there is a little. scrunch on the front thigh that is absolutely perfect. I dont think you can see in the pic but it evens everything out .
