fullofhope21 @currydiana333 No. It works. It gets hot. I got a Ulike, which has a cooling tip, and like it better so I don’t really use this one anymore.

fullofhope21 @currydiana333 Oh no! Really?? The last time I used it it worked just fine.🤔 That was about two months ago. I tried to wrap it up so things wouldn’t get messed up in shipping. Are you making sure it’s full contact with skin? It won’t work if it’s not completely against the skin. I would say give it a full charge time. Let me know if both of those things didn’t work.
