This dress, by Southern California designer, Kerry Cassill, is 100% Cotton, made in India. A light cotton fabric. 48" from back of neck to hem. Her clothes come in two sizes S/P and M/L. This is a M/L and I would venture to say it fits a 6/8 size best. It can be tied on the side or in the back. A Kerry Cassill classic favorite - fits every shape with an easy wrap waistline.
