Kersh Royal and Navy Blue Drop Waist Dress

LOVE this soft and lightweight dress! The top of the dress is unique and the tie is adjustable. The gold zippers add the perfect touch and are actual pockets as well! The pockets do stick out a little bit if they aren't flattened before wear, but very manageable. Never worn but no tags.
