The skirt is beautiful. Elastic waist. Very silky material. two large slits up the sides, the upper half is lined, as seen in the video. They are black palm trees on a cream colored background. The pockets are lined with a little frenge. Like new condition. Hip to hip is 13” Length is 39” K
