Kevin Stuart Vintage Mod Hat Pattern Dress

This dress is sophisticated, unique, and fun. I couldn't find any other dresses like it. It's in mint condition, features an elastic waist, and button sleeves. The hat print is so cool and I love that they're in orange. It says 8 Petite but this would probably fit a modern medium.
