Keyhole Back Dress

Black top with keyhole back with a flowy blue, black, & pink abstract patterned skirt. So flattering. The waistband and skirt hit perfectly. Photo 4 shows measurements at the elastic waistband and shoulder to skirt. Overall great used condition. Has a tiny hole at top front bust hem. In photo 5, I am stretching out the fabric to show the hole, but when worn, the fabric gathers and the tiny hole is hidden. Never noticed it when I wore this. Could probably be fixed with a few tiny stitches.
