Keys to the Kitchen by Aida Mollencamp is a cookbook that is also full of lots of helpful information like how to pick produce, spices and herbs, meats, cheeses, pantry pointers and more. Like new condition, sat on bookshelf. Was purchased just before I found out I got into a local cooking class, now I don’t need it. Would be helpful for a new cook intimated by the kitchen or someone who might not be into cooking. Author includes a fundamental recipe section as well.
